Is anyone interested in a workout partner? I'm going to do run/ swim/ bike intervals on a regular basis throughout the winter. Runs are at Seashore National Park & won't exceed 6 miles. I currently do 9-9 1/2 min mile. I'll run during the week after work. Swim intervals will in a pool, probably Bayside Rec. again, during the week after work. Biking will be out to Pungo & back on weekend mornings. Weather permitting & with the exception of holidays.
